Beef Stroganoff

1 lb. ground beef                                                         1 can cream of mushroom soup
½ cup onion (chopped)                                               ½ cup sour cream
2 Tbs. butter                                                                ½ tsp. paprika
                                                                                    dash pepper
Brown meat and onions in butter, stir to crumble meat.  Add soup, sour cream, and seasoning.  Simmer 15 min. and serve over rice or noodles.
