Apple Nut Pudding

Janet

Beat: 2 eggs                                                    Add and mix: ¾ cup chopped nuts
Add: 1 cup sugar                                                        ½ tsp. vanilla
Sift in: ¾ cup flour                                                      1 ½ cups diced apples
            1 tsp. baking powder
            ½ tsp. cinnamon
            ¼ tsp. nutmeg
            ½ tsp. salt

Bake at 325 F for 45-50 min. in greased 8x8 pan.  Serve with sweetened whipped cream.
