Russian Chicken

6-7 chicken breasts, chunks                                        16 oz. Apricot jam
16 oz. Russian salad dressing                                     1 packet Lipton onion soup mix
                                                                                    ½ tsp. curry powder
Bake at 350 F for 1 hour, covered with foil.  Last 10 min take off foil.  Serve over rice.
