Large Pumpkin Cake Roll

Selma

4 eggs                                                              1 ½ tsp. baking powder
1 ½ cup sugar                                                  3 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup pumpkin                                                            1 ½ tsp. ginger
1 ½ tsp. lemon juice                                        ¾ tsp. nutmeg
1 cup + 2 Tbs. flour                                         ¾ tsp. salt
                                                                        ¾ cup finely chopped walnuts
Bake at 375 F for 15 min.  Serves 15-18.

Filling: 1 ½ cup powdered sugar                    6 Tbs. margarine
            8 oz. cream cheese                              ¾ tsp. vanilla
