Pumpkin Pancakes

2 cups flour                                                                 1 tsp. salt
2 Tbs. brown sugar                                                      1 ¾ cups milk
1 Tbs. baking powder                                                 ½ cup Libby's pumpkin
1 ¼ tsp. pumpkin pie spice                                          1 egg
                                                                                    2 Tbs. vegetable oil
Combine wet ing, dry ing, and then together.  Stir until just moistened (may be lumpy).  Cook on griddle.  Serve with cream cheese mixture.
