Frosting

Combine: 2 egg whites                                   2 Tbs. water
            ¾ cup sugar                                         ¼ tsp. cream of tarter
            1/3 cup light corn syrup                      ¼ tsp. salt

In double boiler: Cook over boiling water beating with mixer until it stands in peaks.  Remove from heat.  Add 1 tsp. vanilla (or peppermint or almond).  Continue beating until peaks are more firm.
